At Lucia Malejko Academy & Clinic one of our highest priorities is to ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. We understand the importance for you to receive your order when you need it and understand the frustration when there are delays. We endeavour to alert you of any known delays and will follow up your delivery enquiries as soon as soon as possible.
We will do our best to get your order posted on the same day you order it. If you place an order before 12:00pm (ACST) your order will be sent that day. If you order after 12:00pm (ACST) your order may be sent the following day. Contact us if your order is particularly urgent and we'll do our best to get it to you as soon as possible.
SAME DAY DISPATCH
All orders placed before 12:00pm (ACST) will be shipped the same day unless otherwise stated. This excludes weekends and public holidays.
DELIVERIES WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Free Standard Shipping for orders over $99 AUD. Free Express Shipping for orders over $149 AUD.
For orders under $99 AUD Standard Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9.99 AUD & Express Shipping is $14.99 AUD.
All equipment is sent from a warehouse in Victoria and can take up to two weeks to arrives. Depending on your location, furniture may incur an additional delivery fee due to the weight and bulk of these items.We will notify you of any additional shipping charges prior to dispatching from our warehouse. During busy periods (including Christmas and public holidays) your parcel may take longer to arrive.If you require your parcel to arrive sooner, please select the Express Post option. Orders received after this time will be available the next day.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
This includes NZ, Canada, UK & US only. There is free DHL Express Shipping on all International orders over $199 AUD. For orders under $199 AUD, DHL Express Shipping at a flat rate of $24.99 AUD. Orders received by 12:00pm (ACST) will be dispatched the same day.
Parcels can be delayed at customs from time to time. Unfortunately, this is out of our control and we can not do anything to move the parcel through faster. International orders may also be subject to customs fees. These fees are determined by your location and invoice amount.
There are many different regulations and sometimes complex duty rates applicable to imported cargo, we recommend looking into the laws and custom fees for your country before placing your order.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Australia Post or DHL will email a tracking number to you once your order has been collected from our warehouse. Should you require any assistance in tracking your order, please contact our support team at luciamalejkoacademy@gmail.com. All prices are shown in AUD. Please keep in mind, we are at the mercy of couriers once your parcel leaves Lucia Malejko Academy & Clinic.
Please check all tracking information, which can be found in your ‘A shipment from Lucia Malejko Academy is on the way!’ email, before contacting us with regards to the shipment status.
WA & NSW SHIPPING UPDATE
Parcel Post items sent to Western Australia may take up to an additional two weeks to be delivered (based on Australia Post's current estimates). Heavy rain and flooding have closed the Sydney-to-Perth rail line. The Melbourne-to-Adelaide rail link was closed due to damage caused by a train derailment and reopened on 21 November, however delays are expected due to a backlog of freight.
Our Express Post service is not affected by the rail network disruptions. If you need to send items to Western Australia urgently, consider this option. Please note that as more customers opt to use this service, there may be a two-day delivery delay.

We pride ourselves on finding the best quality products for your needs. If you are not happy with your purchase or if your product is faulty, feel free to return it to us within 7 days of your purchase, for a full refund provided the package has not been opened yet. The easiest way to return your product is to send it back to us at 29 Kyla Avanue, Dandenong South 3175 Victoria. Please pack the product into its original box with as much packaging as possible and follow the prompts in the returns portal. Bubble wrap or padded bags are generally not enough to prevent damage in transit, so we strongly recommend a box for shipping.
Please send us the tracking number so we can monitor the process from our end if needed.
If the product arrives damaged, it may affect your return, so it is important that it arrives in good shape. Please include a short note including the reason for return, your order number and any other relevant details. This would be much appreciated!
As soon as we receive your returned parcel, we will assess your claim and we will be in touch.
